Are You Attracting or Chasing?
Hello Everyone,
I am new to this group, and I'm excited to be here!
Just a thought that I wanted to "throw out" here tonight ~ are we attracting or chasing people? We all want to grow our teams, help others to succeed, so that we'll, in turn, be successful. But, for many of us, the excitement that our new opportunity brings, gets quickly slowed down when it comes to the crucial step of team-building. Thinking about how our numbers will multiply on each level of our downline, and writing it out in wonderful charts and graphs, and talking about it, won't result in a check in the mail! We must turn our attention to what must be done~the activity that must take place in order for us to experience the fruit of our labor. Have you ever thought about why it is that one person can recruit even if their business has a high start up cost, like $1,200 and another can't seem to chase down a couple of people to start a business for under $20. I know there are many variables involved and we just can oversimplify it all, but I do believe there are certain actions or activities that directly contribute to the success of our business (or lack thereof unfortunately)......(I'll finish this discussion tomorrow) What do you think about my original question????
